January 2021

LPC Construction continue to work throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, with a number of health and safety measures in place to protect the public and our staff. We carry on fixing faults in important supply lines and installing replacements when needed, as well as providing new services. 2020 was a certainly a difficult year for all, but hopefully we will begin to see the light through the trees in 2021. Read on for a round up of the latest news from the desk of our Managing Director, Neil Coates.

EV Charging Points
Congratulations LPC on successfully being awarded the contract to supply and install electric vehicle charging points at Her Majesty’s prisons throughout the South East of England.

LPC will be commencing these works within the next couple of weeks to ensure that HMP staff have access to the latest in high speed electric vehicle charging.

MoD sites
LPC continue to support the Armed Forces with the maintenance of the electricity networks within MoD land. LPC have recently carried out the replacement of streetlighting and lit signs within a number of Warminster MoD camps.

Boscombe Down
Progress is going well with minimum disruption for the Armed Forces in Wiltshire. LPC continue to go above and beyond with professionalism and courtesy whilst replacing over 8kMs of an existing HV network.

BSI Accreditations
This month, LPC construction successfully maintained their ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditations by completing a 3day audit with BSI. This ensures that LPC are fully committed to maintaining and constantly striving to improve the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental aspects of the company.
