Last week, the UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson announced that almost all legal Covid-19 restrictions will be coming to end in England, today Monday 19th July. The most significant of these is that facemasks are no longer mandatory, social distancing will be reduced, and there will be no limits on how many people you can meet outside of your own household.
At LPC we are passionate about keeping the public and our staff safe, so as we carry on installing new capital projects and fixing faults, we will continue to use the health and safety measures we have had in place since the start of the pandemic.
- We ask our staff to continue to respect social distance and to regularly wash their hands with the cleansers we provide
- We remain cautious and require our staff to wear face coverings whenever indoors and in proximity to others
- We encourage them to think of others and to appreciate that face coverings protect the vulnerable
- We encourage regular lateral flow testing which we provide
- We require our staff to self-isolate when symptomatic or when tested positive
