LPC Construction have over 25 years’ experience providing multi-utility contracting services, specialising in civil engineering and cable installation projects. Our capabilities span from feasibility to energisation, for schemes worth tens of thousands to multi-million-pound contracts.

LPC was initially founded in 1997 by Patrick Leneghan to provide reliable sub-contract services to the water and telecoms industries in Southern England. This soon developed to tier 1 and tier 2 services with Thames Water where we earned our reputation. Our expertise and technology then expanded to deliver turn-key telecoms and high voltage power solutions, for clients such as EDF Energy, UK Power Networks and Scottish & Southern.

Our long history of working with UK Power Networks has seen us contribute to projects such as their Green Recovery Programme, ancillary electrical installation, and maintenance work across the South of England. Activity is driven by the UK’s requirement to upgrade its power network infrastructure and widen for new build (commercial and residential) as well as the drive to net zero by the UK government.
