Neil Coates

Managing Director

Neil is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and business development. With a background in local government, consulting, engineering, and utilities, it was a natural progression for him to join the team at LPC in 2002. Neil’s strategic thinking is the backbone of our operations. Not only does he have the expertise in the industry, Neil has an impressive track record in his ability to conduct positive relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers alike. Neil’s focus is to continue to develop the company’s growth and reputation in a fast-moving industry.

Patrick Leneghan

Operations Director

Patrick formed the company in 1997 and is head of the Operations Division. With the responsibility of overseeing works delivery and resource management, he likes a ‘hands on’ approach to operations. With an impressive knowledge of the industry, and drive to constantly improve on an already profitable business, he relishes the challenge of finding new, dynamic solutions to suit our clients’ needs.

Rose Leneghan

Training & Personnel
Co-ordinator

With a background initially in child care, Rose’s compassionate professionalism makes her ideal in her role managing training and dealing with human resources. Having started with LPC in 2017, she has developed and oversees the company’s bespoke Training and Competency database and introduced systems which track and monitor safety critical accreditations. She is highly regarded both across the business and externally and has a detailed understanding of training regulations and requirements. Diligent, conscientious and professional, Rose is a key member of our team ensuring the workforce are well trained, are highly skilled and are highly competent to deliver the services to the infrastructure community upon which the UK depends.

Paul Ramsden

Transport & Plant Manager

Paul is an experienced and ‘hands on’ manager dealing with the safe and efficient operation of the company’s fleet and machinery requirements. Having spent his early career as a mechanical fitter and then progressing to senior management in the rail industry, Paul brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge to his role in LPC as well as an in-depth understanding of the regulatory environment and the plant hire industry.

Fayeed Hussain

Quantity Surveyor

Fayeed has been a key member of our commercial team since joining the company straight out of university as an accountancy graduate. He has a keen understanding of our client base and has been highly successful in putting in place several important financial control systems enabling LPC to maintain consistent commercial stability whilst providing first rate value for money services. Fayeed is approachable, dependable and professional with a proven track record in delivering commercial performance from tender stage through to post contract and final assessment.

Andrew Hoare

Contracts Manager

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Andrew has gained extensive expertise in project management, site operations, and health & safety compliance. His dedication, knowledge, and commitment to excellence have enabled him to progress into management roles.

Twelve years ago, he obtained his NEBOSH Construction Certificate, further enhancing his ability to uphold workplace safety and regulatory compliance. In his current role, Andrew oversees project delivery while managing the company’s SHEQ requirements, ensuring adherence to industry standards. He actively participates in BSI, Lloyds, and Achilles external audits to maintain ongoing accreditation.

Passionate about safe and sustainable construction practices, Andrew thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering successful projects that meet client expectations and industry regulations.

Ryan Leneghan

Area Manager

Ryan is an experienced and hands-on manager with extensive knowledge and expertise in the construction industry. With a career spanning over a decade, Ryan has been a key player at LPC since joining in 2011. His journey within the company has seen him grow through various management positions, showcasing his adaptability and leadership skills.

Ryan’s career progression is a testament to his dedication and strong work ethic. With a focus on project management, safety, and compliance, he has consistently prioritized operational efficiency, risk management, and adherence to safety standards on every project. His hands-on approach ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
