LPC Construction Restructure and Partial Exit

The continuing shareholders of LPC Construction Limited (“LPC”) have completed
on a restructuring package following the exit of one its shareholders.


LPC has over 25 years of experience in the construction and utilities industries and
specialise in civil engineering and cable installation projects for the private and public
sectors. Founded in 1997 by Patsy Leneghan (Operations Director), LPC has grown
into a respected name in the industry, and is now a preferred contractor to many
businesses including UK Power Networks, Scottish and Southern Energy, various
ICPs, and numerous IDNOs.


LPC’s Managing Director, Neil Coates, said: “We are pleased to conclude this period
in our history and can now move forward with renewed focus and energy. We are
grateful to Moorcrofts LLP for their excellent advice and guidance throughout this
recent period”.


Moorcrofts’ head of corporate and partner, Teri Hunter, led the process with support
from Mohsin Shabbir (corporate associate), Matt Jenkin (employment partner) and
Julia Ferguson (commercial property partner).
