Our people are our business. By supporting them and investing in them our business grows stronger. We are proud of our workforce and the contribution made by each of them.

Neil Coates – Managing Director

Neil is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and business development. With a background in local government, consulting engineering and utilities, it was a natural progression for him to join the team at LPC in 2002. Neil’s strategic thinking is the backbone of our operations. Not only does he have the expertise in the industry, Neil has an impressive track record in his ability to conduct positive relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers alike. Neil’s focus is to continue to develop the company’s growth and reputation in a fast-moving industry.

Patrick Leneghan – Operations Director

Patrick formed the company in 1997 and is head of the Operations Division. With the responsibility of overseeing works delivery and resource management, he likes a ‘hands on’ approach to operations. With an impressive knowledge of the industry, and drive to constantly improve on an already profitable business, he relishes the challenge of finding new, dynamic solutions to suit our clients’ needs.

Amanda Burlingham – Finance Manager

Amanda joined the company in 2005 and provides a knowledgeable, professional and positive influence across all parts of the business. She is trusted and respected by clients, suppliers, partners and colleagues alike and has a detailed understanding of all regulatory and financial aspects for which she is overall responsible. A key member of our team, she has been a constant, professional influence throughout her years with LPC Construction and a major contributor in enabling the company to thrive and grow. With a background in finance and admin she is a strong leader and has been pivotal in the development of company systems and finding solutions to challenges in a fast changing business world.

Rose Leneghan LPC Construction

Rose Leneghan – Training & Personnel Co-ordinator

With a background initially in child care, Rose’s compassionate professionalism makes her ideal in her role managing training and dealing with human resources. Having started with LPC in 2017, she has developed and oversees the company’s bespoke Training and Competency database and introduced systems which track and monitor safety critical accreditations. She is highly regarded both across the business and externally and has a detailed understanding of training regulations and requirements. Diligent, conscientious and professional, Rose is a key member of our team ensuring the workforce are well trained, are highly skilled and are highly competent to deliver the services to the infrastructure community upon which the UK depends.
